    Thank you for supporting FAB Impact Ministries. Your purchase directly supports our mission and ongoing work. Please read our No Return Policy carefully before completing your purchase of products or items.

    General Policy Statement

    All sales of products and items purchased from FAB Impact Ministries are final.

    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items, regardless of whether they have been used or opened. This policy applies to all merchandise, including books, apparel, accessories, event tickets (unless otherwise specified for the event), and digital media.

    Exceptions (Defective or Damaged Goods)

    While we maintain a strict No Return Policy, we understand that damage may occasionally occur during shipping.

    • Damaged Items: If your physical product arrives damaged or is found to be defective immediately upon receipt, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
    • Procedure for Damaged/Defective Items:
      Email our support team on our contact page with the message line: DAMAGED ITEM CLAIM.
      Include your Order Number, a description of the damage, and clear photographic evidence of the damage to the item and, if applicable, the packaging.
      Upon review and confirmation of the defect or shipping damage, FAB Impact Ministries will, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement of the identical item or a store credit of equal value.
      We will not issue cash refunds.

    Event Tickets and Digital Products

    • Event Tickets: All sales for event tickets, conferences, or workshops are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by FAB Impact Ministries. If an event is canceled, registered participants will be notified of the refund or credit procedure.
    • Digital Products: Sales of all digital content (e.g., e-books, online courses, downloadable sermons, etc.) are strictly final and non-refundable.
