Prophetess Felicia A. Brown was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, as the youngest of five siblings. She comes from a rich lineage of renowned bishops, pastors, prophets, evangelists, teachers, and psalmists. Her legacy of faith was established early, and at just twelve years old, she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. But it was at the age of nineteen that she encountered the Lord in a deeper, more intimate way—one that would mark her for prophetic purpose.

She began her spiritual journey in the Church of God of Prophecy under the leadership of Bishop James Peter, where she faithfully served on the usher board, choir, Victory Leader’s Band, and the outreach/evangelism ministry.

In 1981, being led of the Spirit, her mother Evangelist Alvina John relocated their family to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, they joined the Church of God of Prophecy in South Philadelphia, pastored by the late Pastor Birchette. Prophetess Felicia served as the Praise & Worship Leader, flowing under a strong mantle of prophetic worship.

In 1993, she married her high school sweetheart, Minister Frank Brown, and together they have five beautiful children. That same year, they joined Praise and Glory Tabernacle Family Worship Center, under the leadership of Pastor Phillip Whiteside. There, Prophetess Brown served in multiple leadership roles alongside her husband. They were ordained as Deacon and Deaconess and together led the Pastor’s Care Ministry. Prophetess Felicia also served as President and Director of the Mass Choir, praise and worship leader, handmaiden, and member of both the nursing board and cleaning committee. She was a trusted prophetic voice within the presbytery team.

In 2006, after being miraculously healed from cancer, the Lord led the Brown family to New Destiny Fellowship, where Apostle Thomas W. Weeks, Sr. serves as Senior Pastor. Since 2013, Prophetess Felicia Brown has served as the House Prophet of New Destiny and is the Director of the New Destiny Prophetic Institute: School of Prophets. She has also ministered through the praise and worship team, served as a gatekeeper, and continues to release the Word of the Lord in power and love.

In recognition of her spiritual leadership and commitment to theological excellence, Prophetess Brown received an honorary Doctorate in Theology in 2020.

She is the Founder and President of FAB Impact Ministries, a prophetic apostolic hub that houses the Issachar School of Prophets (ISP), Generation Now, FAB Haven & Legacy Academy, and multiple outreach and business enterprises. Prophetess Brown is known for her bold prophetic voice, deep intercession, and unwavering passion to see identity restored and destinies fulfilled.

She continues to walk in humility, power, and obedience heeding the call of the Lord to build what heaven has revealed.

“And my speech and my preaching were not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.”
1 Corinthians 2:4
