MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Issachar Company of Prophets Institute (ISP) is to empower and equip individuals to function as a prophetic presbytery, operating under the wisdom and discernment of the Issachar Anointing knowing the times and seasons and what the people of God ought to do (1 Chronicles 12:32).
We are committed to imparting prophetic knowledge, spiritual sensitivity, and leadership skills essential for influencing churches, families, regions, and global systems. Through comprehensive biblical training, personal mentorship, spiritual activations, and hands-on ministry development, ISP cultivates a transformative environment where prophetic voices are refined, developed, and released for Kingdom impact.

Our vision is to become a pioneering center of prophetic and apostolic training that restores the integrity and authenticity of the call prioritizing character over gifting, purity over performance, and intimacy with God above public platforms.
We are committed to developing prophetic leaders who are deeply rooted in prayer, as prayer is the posture of the prophet and the place where accuracy is birthed, identity is affirmed, and instructions are received.
At ISP, we nurture voices that are steeped in scripture, shaped by the Spirit, and sharpened in community. These leaders are not only gifted but grounded and able to discern times and seasons with Issachar precision, serve with humility, and respond with wisdom.
Through scriptural depth, hands-on ministry training, personal mentorship, and Spirit-led activations, we raise up a generation that carries both the weight of God’s Word and the responsibility of His heart prophets who build, restore, and release the Kingdom of God with clarity, compassion, and courage.

Welcome to ISP – A Prophetic Training Institute Like No Other
FAB Impact Ministries invites you to be part of an extraordinary prophetic journey for the 2026 academic year. Led by Dr. Felicia A. Brown, President & Founder, the Issachar School of Prophets (ISP) is a specialized institute committed to equipping, activating, and releasing prophetic voices with accuracy, authority, and biblical integrity. We are raising a generation of prophetic leaders with the Issachar Anointing discerning the times and knowing what the Body of Christ ought to do.

Two Dynamic Training Tracks
Introductory Course
Course Dates: October 2025 – May 2026
Class Time: Thursdays at 8:00 PM EST
Tuition: $600
Required Training Manual: $45
This foundational course is perfect for those new to prophetic ministry or those desiring to strengthen their prophetic understanding. Students will grow in biblical protocol, discernment, prophetic character, and prophetic activation.
Training Manual: Same as Introductory Course
(No additional fee if previously purchased)
This intensive course is tailored for returning students and seasoned prophetic leaders. Topics include strategic warfare, prophetic pitfalls, governmental mantles, and culminates with the March series: “What’s Your Rank?”, featuring Dr. Brown and guest instructors.
